Wapme enables South African sellers to create WhatsApp-based storefronts. Wapme is not a payment processor, courier, or intermediary in buyer transactions. Premium users can fully remove Wapme branding (white-label).
Illegal products and services are strictly banned. You are responsible for ensuring full compliance with South African law. Automated scraping, cloning, reverse-engineering, or IP theft of the Wapme platform is expressly forbidden without permission.
You may access, update, or delete your account at any time via your dashboard. Wapme will retain essential data only for legal compliance or operational continuity, and never sells your data to third parties.
Buyers are not required to create accounts. Future updates may allow optional buyer profiles for order tracking and dispute support. White-labeled shops may omit Wapme branding entirely. Verified shops may display a “Verified by Wapme” badge. Wapme may step in to protect buyers at our sole discretion.
Misuse of Wapme resources, scraping, spamming, or attempts to exploit platform vulnerabilities are prohibited. Tiers and feature access (including premium benefits) are detailed at wapme.co/pricing.php.
These terms may be updated at any time. By continuing to use Wapme, you agree to the latest version. Material changes will be posted to your dashboard or emailed if required.
These terms are governed by South African law. By using Wapme, you consent to the jurisdiction of South African courts in all matters related to this agreement.
We use your data solely to provide and improve our services, personalize your experience, and communicate important updates.
We will notify users of significant changes to our privacy policy via email and in-app notifications at least 30 days before changes take effect.
